Juritool is a document and case management platform to organise and automatically extract information from legal documents.

I worked on the platform in 2015: the platform was functioning and already pretty advanced.

My work on Juritool focused on 2 main areas.

Improving theUser Experience – I mapped the user journey and interactions and developed a series of reccomendations for improving usability of the platform. The end user were lawyers and in-house counsels.

Developing a User Guide – I developed a clear, concise user guide for navigating a platform that was already pretty intuitive but had a multitude of features – legal library, Case DNA and advanced case analytics.
